HEALTH COACH
Be Too Much is what I believe we all should be. Be more than your best. I am a single mom of 3 beautiful adult children and a Nonna to a very handsome 7 year old. I come from a big family, that can cook the best chef up under a table. However, I have watched my weight all my life and along with some kick ass genes I have remained a comfortable size for me. I haven't always loved my body, it took healing my mental health, before I could love me. I eat to live. Watching people fight addictions in my family and close friend circle, is why I set out to assist people in living their best life and feeling amazing as they do it. I am a licensed hair stylist, educator and one of the top in the beauty industry . I feel completely in love with integrative health and nutrition as I was battling some health issues. I expanded my education by attending IIN, where I learned many things about coaching and dietary theories. Ive attended many seminars on meditation , crystal healing and using food to heal the bodies. The more I learn, the more services I desire to add to my serivces, I am currently studying to be a personal trainer.
Most Approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
